Simpedia: The Sims: Collector's Edition 2

It's hard not to get confused with all the games, expansion packs, collections and limited editions in the Sims franchise. In 2001 there was already The Sims: Collector's Edition. This version was released in Europe and contained the base game The Sims and The Sims: Livin' Large (or The Sims: Livin' It Up if you live in the UK).

Now in Australia and Asia they usually have special editions as well. They often share the same collections. Same box art, same title, same content, same release date etc. However with The Sims: Collector's Edition 2 it's a whole other story.

Australia has a green box with The Sims: Deluxe, The Sims: Hot Date and The Sims: Vacation in it, whereas for example Korea has the same green box but with The Sims, The Sims: Livin' Large and The Sims: House Party in it. Are you still with me? Because I find this really confusing!

The Korean name is 심즈 컬렉터스 에디션 2.
